My name is Michael Blaylock, and I’ve been a trainer, teacher, and gym owner for over 25 years. I’ve always lived an active lifestyle, but early injuries led me down a different path—one that ultimately reshaped how I coach and train today.After undergoing right-side shoulder and hip replacements, I dove deep into studying the science of asymmetry, mobility, and smarter program design. That journey led me to develop a training system focused on keeping the body balanced, resilient, and continually progressing—so clients can stay consistent and excel in the fitness activities they love for the long run.I hold certifications through NASM, NSCA (CSCS), Bioforce Conditioning, and multiple speed and performance programs, with extensive experience in mobility and asymmetry training. I am also currently pursuing my PhD in Exercise Science.For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people stay strong, move better, and remain active for life.
