Teeing off and spending time with friends on beautiful courses might be the best hobby there is. The competitive drive and challenge of mastering every shot is exciting—even when it gets frustrating, you wouldn’t trade it for anything. But golf is the same movement repeated over and over, and over time that can shrink your mobility. That’s why a “perfect swing” starts to change, positions get harder to hit, and you may feel stiff or achy in the hips and low back during a round. Build the mobility to get into every position and fully rotate through your body—so you can swing freely and feel good doing it.
